Hail hit.
We handle everything
from here.
Most homeowners with hail damage pay only their deductible. Peak Edge documents the damage, meets your insurance adjuster on the roof, and manages the claim so you get a full replacement — not a patch.
Four steps. We handle three of them.
Free damage inspection
Danny climbs your roof personally, documents hail hits, bruised shingles, dented vents, and flashing damage with photos. No cost, no obligation.
We file the claim & meet your adjuster
We prepare the documentation package and meet your insurance adjuster on the roof so nothing gets missed. Most adjusters respond better when a roofer is present.
Claim approved — you pay the deductible
Once approved, your insurance covers the replacement minus your deductible. We work directly with the insurance payout — no hidden markups.
Full replacement, done right
Danny's crew does the install — tear-off, synthetic underlayment, ice & water shield, new architectural shingles, clean site every day. One crew, start to finish.
What separates a real claim from a patch job.
Adjuster on the roof with us
Adjusters miss damage when they inspect alone. We walk the roof with them, point to every impact site, and make sure the scope is complete before they leave.
No "storm chasers"
We're based in Aurora. We were here before the storm and we'll be here for the warranty. Door-knockers from out of state disappear — we don't.
Full documentation package
We photograph every section, note date stamps from storm records, and prepare a write-up your adjuster can't argue with. If there's damage, we find it.
We work with all major insurers
State Farm, USAA, Allstate, Farmers, Liberty Mutual — we know their processes. We'll help you navigate supplements and second reviews if the first offer is low.
GAF certified · Licensed & insured
Colorado contractor license, full liability insurance, GAF certification. Your insurance company will want to see all of it — we have it.
Warranty on every install
25–50 year manufacturer warranty on shingles plus our own workmanship warranty. If it leaks because of how we installed it, we come back. Period.
What homeowners ask before they call.
How do I know if I have hail damage?
You often can't tell from the ground. Common signs: dented gutters, AC unit fins that look like they took BBs, bruised shingles (look dark and soft when pressed), and cracked ridge cap. Call us — we'll come look for free.
What if my claim gets denied?
We've successfully appealed denials before. We can request a re-inspection with our documentation and, if needed, recommend a public adjuster to fight it. Denial isn't always final.
How long does the claim process take?
Typically 2–6 weeks from inspection to approved claim. Install usually follows within 1–2 weeks of approval. During peak hail season (May–August), we schedule as fast as material delivery allows.
Can I pick my own shingles?
Yes. Your insurance pays for like-for-like replacement, but you can upgrade the shingle line and pay the difference. Danny will walk you through color and product options before signing anything.
Do I need to be home for the inspection?
Not for the initial roof inspection — we just need access to the exterior. You should plan to be home for the adjuster meeting, which usually runs 45–60 minutes.
What does the inspection actually cover?
Full roof surface, all penetrations (vents, skylights, pipes), gutters, downspouts, flashing, chimney cap, and ridge cap. We photograph everything and give you a written summary.

"Two other companies knocked on our door after the storm. We picked Peak Edge because Danny actually answered his phone and showed up when he said he would. New roof looks great."— Mark & Diane T. · Centennial, CO
"My insurance initially denied the claim. Danny came back, documented three more impact areas, and got it overturned. Whole process took about 5 weeks. Professional start to finish."— James R. · Parker, CO
